Sustainable Seeds Park is a passive recreation space designed by the East Village Community Coalition. The park will have a garden theme and local school children may plant seeds in small planters (provided by New York Restoration Project and Sustainable NYC) and take them home and watch them grow! The park will extend the East 11th Street Children's Learning Garden for the day. Planting activities will take place inside the Learning Garden, and adults and teachers may relax in the temporary Park.
